APT Notice of Nondiscrimination

5. Grievance Procedure

If you believe APT has failed to provide services or discriminated in another way, you may file a grievance with our compliance department at compliance@apt-management.com Grievances must be submitted in writing (via email) or through our anonymous hotline and will be promptly addressed through APT’s internal grievance procedure, available at 1-855-806-4296.
